Ingredients
- 7 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp dried chives
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 cups roughly chopped chard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup fat free chicken broth SP Option: use water instead

Instructions
- Whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, chives, salt and pepper and marinate the chicken (in the fridge) for 1-2 hours (in a plastic bag or a shallow dish).
- Grill for 5-7 minutes per side. Sauté the chard over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, until softened.
- Season with salt and garlic powder.
- Stir in apple cider vinegar and chicken broth.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
