Instructions
Whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, chives, salt and pepper and marinate the chicken (in the fridge) for 1-2 hours (in a plastic bag or a shallow dish).
Grill for 5-7 minutes per side. Sauté the chard over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, until softened.
Season with salt and garlic powder.
Stir in apple cider vinegar and chicken broth.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
