Ingredients
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 tbsp Great Lakes Gelatin Knox Gelatine has half the calories- not sure yet if it will jell the same with just 1- this could halve the calories of the snack.
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 droppers Chocolate liquid stevia
- 1 tsp Swerve
- 2 scoops powdered stevia or to taste*

Instructions
- Mix all together over the stove - get the liquid warm so that the various ingredients totally dissolve - but you don’t need to get the mixture hot.
- Once dissolved, pour into a pan of your choice and stick in the fridge for a couple hours until firm. Eat!
Recipe Notes
*This is based on the Trim Healthy Mama stevia brand that I personally use and linked to in the recipe which is quite concentrated. Stevia potency really varies from brand to brand so you may need to adjust the level of stevia to more or less depending on which one you use.
