- Add all ingredients to a medium bowl.
- Stir together until combined.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator, covered, until ready to serve.
This is a great salad to make ahead and serve half portions of with a protein like white fish or scallops.

I just made this for two of my meals this week. I do have a question…is it just a side dish or can it be a meal (protein and vegetable). I just want to make sure I am not going over in calories!
Hey Laura! Good question- so this cottage cheese in here would equal one protein serving- so it’s both protein + veggie. Hope that helps!
