Ingredients
- 7 oz jumbo lump crab meat
- 1/4 cup minced onion for SP Option use no more than 1 tbsp per serving
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dried Italian herb mix
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp celery seed smashed
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 dashes Franks hot sauce
- 12 small endive leaves
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion

- 1 red bell pepper diced

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine crab meat, onion, lemon juice, dried Italian herb mix, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, celery seed, dijon mustard, salt, and hot sauce. For AP, add red bell pepper. Stir to combine.
- Taste and season with additional salt if needed.
- Evenly distribute crab mixture between endive leaves
- Garnish with sliced green onion.
Recipe Notes
This is great recipe to serve as a party appetizer as well! Simply make the crab salad ahead of time and assemble just before serving.
