Ingredients
  • 7oz jumbo lump crab meat
  • 1/4cup minced onionfor SP Option use no more than 1 tbsp per serving
  • 1tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2tsp dried Italian herb mix
  • 1/2tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2tsp celery seedsmashed
  • 1/2tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 3dashes Franks hot sauce
  • 12 small endive leaves
  • 1/4cup sliced green onion
AP OPTION:
  • 1 red bell pepperdiced
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine crab meat, onion, lemon juice, dried Italian herb mix, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, celery seed, dijon mustard, salt, and hot sauce. For AP, add red bell pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Taste and season with additional salt if needed.
  3. Evenly distribute crab mixture between endive leaves
  4. Garnish with sliced green onion.
Recipe Notes

This is great recipe to serve as a party appetizer as well! Simply make the crab salad ahead of time and assemble just before serving.
