Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for chicken burgers. Mix together by hand and then shape into two large patties.
- Grill chicken patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Make diakon fries by mixing salt, chili paste, coconut aminos and ginger in a large bowl.
- Toss the sliced daikon into the bowl and coat the fries in the sauce.
- Place fries on foil lined sheet tray and bake in a 475 degree F oven for 30 minutes, flipping fries every 10 minutes to evenly brown.
- Serve fries and burger hot- a perfect sweet and spicy combo.
