P2 hCG Recipe | Maple Chicken Burger & Daikon Fries – SP

Ingredients
  • 7oz ground chicken
  • ¼tsp maple extract
  • 1cup shredded apple
  • ¼tsp salt
  • tsp ground black pepper
  • ½tsp mustard powder
  • 5cups daikon radishpeeled and sliced into fries
  • ½tsp salt
  • 1 ½tsp Sambal Oelek Chili Paste or other chili paste
  • 1tsp coconut aminos
  • ½tsp grated ginger
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients for chicken burgers. Mix together by hand and then shape into two large patties.
  2. Grill chicken patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. Make diakon fries by mixing salt, chili paste, coconut aminos and ginger in a large bowl.
  4. Toss the sliced daikon into the bowl and coat the fries in the sauce.
  5. Place fries on foil lined sheet tray and bake in a 475 degree F oven for 30 minutes, flipping fries every 10 minutes to evenly brown.
  6. Serve fries and burger hot- a perfect sweet and spicy combo.
