Instructions
- Grill chicken breast on a hot grill until fully cooked, about 6 minutes on each side.
- Once the chicken has cooled, cut into cubes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together stevia, tarragon, salt, pepper and cider vinegar.
- Add chicken, strawberries, onion and celery to the bowl and toss together. Serve chilled!
Recipe Notes
-This salad is best when made ahead to allow the flavors to blend together well. -The chicken may turn pink after sitting in the dressing along with the strawberries. -For an AP version, serve the salad over a bed of mixed salad greens.
