- Combine the spices in a small bowl and mix well. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with the spice mixture and sear for 1-2 minutes per side in a large skillet.
- Add the sauerkraut, chicken broth, and dijon mustard to the pan.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
Made this the other night. It was a hit with my husband AND MY 17 MO OLD! I liked it too of course. I love all of your recipes, they have been helping me get through Phase 2 successfully! I never would have though to use sauerkraut like this!
