Ingredients
  • 7oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½tsp pepper
  • ½tsp paprika
  • ¼tsp salt
  • ¼tsp garlic powder
  • 2cups Sauerkraut
  • 1cup chicken brothSP: use water instead
  • 2tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
  1. Combine the spices in a small bowl and mix well. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with the spice mixture and sear for 1-2 minutes per side in a large skillet.
  2. Add the sauerkraut, chicken broth, and dijon mustard to the pan.
  3. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley.
