- 7 oz 95-99% fat free ground beef
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 1/2 tsp minced fresh garlic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
CUCUMBER SALAD
- 3 cups sliced cucumber
- 2 tbsp diced red onion
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tsp minced fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
- To make the cucumber salad, add the ingredients to a medium bowl. Toss to coat the cucumber slices well. Cover with a plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator until ready to serve. add the ingredients for cucumber salad together, coat well and let rest in the fridge while cooking the rest of the dish.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, garlic, ginger, pepper, salt, and hot sauce and cook until crumbled and cooked through.
- Serve the ground beef immediately with cucumber salad. For AP option, serve beef over cauliflower rice.
Recipe Notes
The longer you let the cucumber salad rest in the refrigerator in an airtight container, the more flavorful it’ll become!
