In a medium sized bowl, toss blackberries with stevia, cinnamon, maple flavoring, nutmeg, cornstarch and salt.
Divide mix into two oven proof ramekins. Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree F oven for about 30 minutes or until mix is bubbling.
Remove from oven and crumble one grissini on top of each ramekin.
Return to the oven, uncovered for another 5 minutes.
Serve while warm!
If you do not have Batko Maple flavoring, use vanilla extract instead Make in bulk and freeze!
*This is based on the Trim Healthy Mama stevia brand that I personally use and linked to in the recipe which is quite concentrated. Stevia potency really varies from brand to brand so you may need to adjust the level of stevia to more or less depending on which one you use.
