Meal components: Fruit
- Heat your broiler.
- Cut the tops and bottoms off the orange, then slice off the skin and pith all the way around the orange - the orange will have a hexagon type shape. Slice into ½ or ¼ inch slices.
- Line a baking sheet with foil. Lay the orange slices in one layer, if doing AP, sprinkle the brown sugar swerve. If doing SP, put 1 dropper of liquid stevia on each orange slice. Pour 1-2 drops of coconut extract onto each slice.
- Run under the broiler until they begin to brown on top; this can take anywhere from 5 minutes in a very good broiler to 10 to 15 in a lazy one. Enjoy!
