    Instructions
    
                - Mix strawberries, cucumbers, cardamom, salt, pepper and 3 drops of stevia in a bowl and set aside to marinate.
- In separate bowl, mix cottage cheese, lemon juice and remaining 3 drops of stevia.
- Divide strawberries in two bowls then divide lemon cream into each bowl as well. Serve chilled
        
    Recipe Notes
    
                Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Add 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes for a spicy kick. For an AP version, use half strawberries and half raspberries.
