Ingredients
- 7 oz canned tuna drained
- 2 1/2 cups thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup minced red onion
- 2 tsp freshly chopped parsley
- 2 tsp freshly chopped dill
- 1/2 tsp Herbes de Provence
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 2 cups packed butter lettuce leaves

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients for the salad.
- Chill for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together.
- Divide salad between two plates and serve on butter lettuce leaves.
- Serve immediately.
