Ingredients
  • 7oz canned tunadrained
  • 2 1/2cups thinly sliced celery
  • 1cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2cup minced red onion
  • 2tsp freshly chopped parsley
  • 2tsp freshly chopped dill
  • 1/2tsp Herbes de Provence
  • 1 1/2tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2cups packed butter lettuce leaves
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients for the salad.
  2. Chill for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together.
  3. Divide salad between two plates and serve on butter lettuce leaves.
  4. Serve immediately.
