    Ingredients
    
                - 70 grams fresh apple chunks sweeter apples make sweeter cider
- 3 short cinnamon sticks
- 2.5 cups water
- powdered stevia to taste

    Instructions
    
                - Simmer water, apple chunks and cinnamon sticks for 1/2 hour.
- Remove from heat and add stevia. Because of how long your simmer you end up with about 3/4 cups or so of cider from the 2.5 cups. You could experiment with starting with more water to yield a lighter cider of more volume.
