Instructions
Onion Rings:
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a sheet tray with parchment.
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl and the egg white and almond milk together in a separate bowl.
- Slice the onion to make rings about 3/4 of an inch wide. Separate the rings so they are no longer intertwined.
- Dip each ring into the wet mixture and then into the dry. Tap off excess coating and then lay on sheet tray. Repeat until you have dipped all rings.
- Spray the rings on the tray with coconut oil then place in the oven to bake for about 10 minutes. Flip and bake for 5 more minutes to make extra crispy.
Ketchup:
- Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Pickled Jalapenos:
- Combine water, vinegar, stevia extract, salt, garlic, and oregano in a small saucepan and boil.
- Add jalapenos and turn off the heat. Cool for 10 minutes.
- Cover and store in the fridge overnight.
Burger:
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well with your hands.
- Form 4 small burger patties.
- Grill for about 3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
