Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- 7 oz top sirloin sliced across the grain
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp lemongrass paste
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 tsp freshly chopped cilantro
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced

Instructions
- Heat the Instant Pot to Saute. Melt the coconut oil. Add the beef and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add red bell pepper and green bell pepper, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, salt, water, and red pepper flakes. Close the lid and cook high pressure for 8 minutes. Release the pressure manually.
- Stir in green onions and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
- Like it spicy? Add another 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes.
