Ingredients
  • 1/2tsp coconut oil
  • 7oz top sirloinsliced across the grain
  • 1/2tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2tbsp minced ginger
  • 1tsp lemongrass paste
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/4cup water
  • 1/2tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4cup sliced green onions
  • 2tsp freshly chopped cilantro
  • 1 red bell peppersliced
  • 1 green bell peppersliced
Instructions
  1. Heat the Instant Pot to Saute. Melt the coconut oil. Add the beef and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add red bell pepper and green bell pepper, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, salt, water, and red pepper flakes. Close the lid and cook high pressure for 8 minutes. Release the pressure manually.
  3. Stir in green onions and cilantro.
  4. Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes

– Like it spicy? Add another 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes.
