Meal components: fruit
- 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
- 1 squirt chocolate stevia drops
- 2 tbsp mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp strawberry extract
- 1 tsp cocoa powder unsweetened
- 6 cups water
- Boil the water then whisk in the cocoa powder & strawberries to dissolve.
- Add the mint leaves, cover and let chill at room temp for 2 hours.
- Add remaining ingredients and place in the fridge to chill.
- Remove mint leaves then enjoy cold!
