Ingredients
- 10 large strawberries
- 1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1 dropper Hazelnut Sweetleaf Liquid Stevia or plain stevia is fine too
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cocoa powder optional

Instructions
- Use a small melon baller to scoop out the center of strawberry. Begin at the top and scoop under stem, removing strawberry stem and center.
- In a small bowl, combine greek yogurt, almond extract, stevia drops and cinnamon (cocoa powder as well if using)
- Scoop yogurt mix into strawberries and chill until ready to serve.
Recipe Notes
- Mix in or garnish with fresh chopped mint.
- Vanilla extract will also work find in this recipe.
- Opt for clear vanilla extract if possible to keep the filling nice and white.
LSP Option:
- Replace the fat free yogurt with fat free cottage cheese. In this case that would be a partial protein serving like 1/4 protein serving.
SP Option:
- Skip the cocoa powder in addition to using fat free cottage cheese instead of yogurt.
