Meal components: drink + partial fruit
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup raspberries (if you want to use 1/2 your fruit serving, you could do a 1/2of raspberries)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp Swerve
- 2 scoops powdered stevia
- Add all ingredients except stevia and swerve.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes, then strain.
- Add stevia and swerve. Enjoy!
