- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup Lakanto brand
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder or 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 9 ice cubes
- 3-4 scoops powdered stevia ** 1/32 tsp per scoop

- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend. If you have a higher powder blender you can use the designated amount of ice. If you have a cheaper blender you may need to add more liquid.
*This is the size of ice cubes that come in trays, which are often larger than the ones made in your freezer. Additionally, this is for high speed blenders. If you have a cheaper blender, you will need to use less ice so it’s not so thick so it can blend.
**This is based on the Trim Healthy Mama stevia brand that I personally use and linked to in the recipe which is quite concentrated. Stevia potency really varies from brand to brand so you may need to adjust the level of stevia to more or less depending on which one you use.
You NEED the powdered stevia in this recipe otherwise it just looks like this translucent slushie that won’t fully blend. The stevia powder somehow makes the whole thing turn white and adds enough to allow the all the ice to fully blend and become more “powdery” for lack of a better word.
