I have a question about this the meatza recipes can you use ground beef or turkey instead of chicken?
Rayzel Lam
Yes definitely as long as it’s as lean as you can get – for the beef try to find 95 or 97 percent lean if at all possible.

Made this yesterday and it was amazing! What a delight to eat something with so much flavor. I never made tomato sauce that way. It turned out so delicious I may have to start doing it with the diced tomatoes.
One glitch…my “crust” stuck to my pan. Can I use parchment paper to prevent this?
Rayzel Lam
Hey Laura! So sorry it stuck- yes you can absolutely use parchment paper- we sometimes do as well – the paper tends to turn all brown and be flaky but it does work!
