Ingredients
- 7 oz ground beef
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp minced ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp chinese 5 spice
- 1 tbsp Braggs aminos
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 8 5” long celery stalks
- ¼ cup thinly sliced green onions

Instructions
- Sauté the beef, garlic, and ginger over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, until ginger and garlic are softened.
- Reduce heat to low, season with salt, pepper, and Chinese 5 spice. Stir in Bragg’s aminos and rice vinegar and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
- Stuff the celery stalks with the beef mixture and garnish with sliced green onions.
