Ingredients
  • 7oz ground beef
  • 2tsp minced garlic
  • 2tbsp minced ginger
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • ¼tsp pepper
  • 1tsp chinese 5 spice
  • 1tbsp Braggs aminos
  • 1tbsp rice vinegar
  • 8 5” long celery stalks
  • ¼cup thinly sliced green onions
Instructions
  1. Sauté the beef, garlic, and ginger over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, until ginger and garlic are softened.
  2. Reduce heat to low, season with salt, pepper, and Chinese 5 spice. Stir in Bragg’s aminos and rice vinegar and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stuff the celery stalks with the beef mixture and garnish with sliced green onions.
