Instructions
Sauté the beef, garlic, and ginger over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes, until ginger and garlic are softened.
Reduce heat to low, season with salt, pepper, and Chinese 5 spice. Stir in Bragg’s aminos and rice vinegar and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
Stuff the celery stalks with the beef mixture and garnish with sliced green onions.
