Ingredients
Blackberry tea:
- 70 grams frozen blackberries
- 1.5 cups water
- 4 mint leaves
- 2-3 scoops powdered stevia
Purple Creme Foam:
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/8 tsp blue spirulina or butterfly pea powder (natural coloring agent)
- A few drops of lemon or lime to make it turn purple
- 1/2 scoop powdered stevia

Instructions
- Add frozen blackberries to the water and simmer on medium heat 10-15 minutes till fragrant. Add 4 mint leaves and simmer 3-4 minutes more. Remove from heat. Add stevia.
- While blackberries are simmering, heat ¼ cup almond milk 5-8 seconds until room temperature/lukewarm. Add the spirulina or butterfly pea powder and stevia. Use a milk frother to foam the milk for 1 minute.
- Pour blackberry tea into a mug, and top with purple creme foam. Enjoy!
