Ingredients
Onion Rings:

Instructions
Onion Rings:
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a sheet tray with parchment.
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl and the egg white and almond milk together in a separate bowl.
- Slice the onion to make rings about 3/4 of an inch wide. Separate the rings so they are no longer intertwined.
- Dip each ring into the wet mixture and then into the dry. Tap off excess coating and then lay on sheet tray. Repeat until you have dipped all rings.
- Spray the rings on the tray with coconut oil then place in the oven to bake for about 10 minutes. Flip and bake for 5 more minutes to make extra crispy.
Ketchup:
- Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
Pickled Jalapenos:
- Combine water, vinegar, stevia extract, salt, garlic, and oregano in a small saucepan and boil.
- Add jalapenos and turn off the heat. Cool for 10 minutes.
- Cover and store in the fridge overnight.
Burger:
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well with your hands.
- Form 4 small burger patties.
- Grill for about 3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
Recipe Notes
Onion Rings: - If not using grissini, the onion rings will be more like spiced, baked onions rather than crispy rings but still delicious! Ketchup: - This recipe makes about 3/4 a cup of ketchup or 12, one tablespoon servings. Each serving is 10 calories. Pickled Jalapenos: - This recipe makes about 10 servings with each serving being 6 calories. Assembly: -Place burger on a plate, then top with one tablespoon ketchup, onion rings and pickled jalapenos. Serve while the burger is warm.
