Ingredients
- 6 cups Cucumbers sliced
- 2 tbsp red onion sliced
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Swerve SP Option: do not use
- 4 tsp red wine vinegar
- 4 tsp White balsamic vinegar
- 4 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup Dill chopped

Instructions
- Place cucumbers in a large bowl and sprinkle with the salt. Place in the fridge and let sit for about an hour.
- Drain the water from the cucumbers then add the remaining ingredients to the bowl. Toss well then serve.
Recipe Notes
- The longer the cucumbers sit in the vinegar mix, the more pickled they will become.
