Ingredients
  • 6cups Cucumberssliced
  • 2tbsp red onionsliced
  • 2tsp salt
  • 1tsp SwerveSP Option: do not use
  • 4tsp red wine vinegar
  • 4tsp White balsamic vinegar
  • 4tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2cup water
  • 1/2cup Dillchopped
Instructions
  1. Place cucumbers in a large bowl and sprinkle with the salt. Place in the fridge and let sit for about an hour.
  2. Drain the water from the cucumbers then add the remaining ingredients to the bowl. Toss well then serve.
Recipe Notes

– The longer the cucumbers sit in the vinegar mix, the more pickled they will become.
