Instructions
- Place green onions in stock pot with splash of beef both and saute over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and stir, cooking for another minute.
- Add broth and beef and simmer over low heat for one hour.
- Add lettuce and cover the pot, steam for 4 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper and serve warm.
Recipe Notes
Romaine, frisee, or looseleaf lettuce will all work well
