meal component: veggie
- 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup Swerve SP Option: do not use
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp coriander seed
- 1/4 tsp whole black peppercorns
- Place radish slices in a canning jar.
- Bring remaining ingredients to a boil, remove from heat, pour over radishes, refrigerate.
