Meal components: veggie + fruit
- 2 cups Shredded Purple Cabbage
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 6 tbsp Bare Foods Asian ginger dressing
- 4 tbsp grated carrots
- 1/2 cup bell pepper sliced
- 1/4 cup green onion chopped
- 3/4 cup Clementine cut in pretty way
- In a large bowl, toss both cabbages, carrots, bell pepper, green onion and carrots together.
- Add dressing and toss well.
- Plate the salad and garnish it with the clementine pieces.
- Skip carrots and bell pepper for an SP version of this recipe.
