- 2 cups shredded apple
- 2 cups Shredded Purple Cabbage
- 4 tbsp Bare Foods Poppy Seed Dressing
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt AP Version

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage and apple.
- Toss with dressing and Greek yogurt (if using)
- Chill and serve cold
Recipe Notes
Add thinly sliced green onions for a stronger flavor
Add shredded carrot for a pretty color and additional flavor
Serve as a side to steamed fish or chicken
