Ingredients
- 7 oz shrimp (100g per 3.5 oz) deveined, tails removed (we used 30-40 count size, which was 16 shrimps for 7oz total- 8 shrimp per serving)
- 3 tbsp vegetable broth
- 4 cups broccoli florets -AP
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup Bare Foods Sweet Mustard Dressing
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 1/4 cup green onions chopped
- 1 package Miracle Rice -AP

Instructions
- Sprinkle raw shrimp with the salt and let sit.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable broth over medium high heat. Add broccoli, cover and steam for 5 minutes.
- Remove cover and add shrimp. Cook for 30 seconds then flip.
- Add sweet mustard dressing and garlic and cook for another minute.
- Serve shrimp and broccoli along with sauce over cooked miracle rice (skip Miracle rice and broccoli for SP version). Garnish with chopped green onions.
