P2 hCG Diet Recipe | Sweet Mustard Garlic Shrimp w/ Broccoli or Asparagus | AP + SP

Ingredients
  • 7oz shrimp(100g per 3.5 oz) deveined, tails removed (we used 30-40 count size, which was 16 shrimps for 7oz total- 8 shrimp per serving)
  • 3tbsp vegetable broth
  • 4cups broccoli florets-AP
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/2cup Bare Foods Sweet Mustard Dressing
  • 2tsp garlicminced
  • 1/4cup green onionschopped
  • 1package Miracle Rice-AP
SP version:
  • 4cups asparagus spearschopped
Instructions
  1. Sprinkle raw shrimp with the salt and let sit.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable broth over medium high heat. Add broccoli, cover and steam for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove cover and add shrimp. Cook for 30 seconds then flip.
  4. Add sweet mustard dressing and garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Serve shrimp and broccoli along with sauce over cooked miracle rice (skip Miracle rice and broccoli for SP version). Garnish with chopped green onions.
