Ingredients
Crust:
- 7 oz ground chicken
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
Topping:
- 4 cups purple cabbage shredded/sliced thin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
Dressing:
- 1 1/3 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 1/3 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 tsp Braggs aminos
- 1 1/3 tbsp tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/32 tsp powdered stevia

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- Mix the crust ingredients well and then roll out on a pizza stone, with plastic wrap on top, using a rolling pin - roll it quite thin as it shrinks when cooking. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, saute the cabbage in the water and salt, till cooked through or the texture of you’re liking.
- Mix the dressing ingredients. Once the crust is done, arrange the cabbage on top, and squeeze the dressing ingredients across.
