Ingredients
Crust:
  • 7oz ground chicken
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 2tsp dried parsley
  • 1tsp dijon mustard
Topping:
  • 4cups purple cabbageshredded/sliced thin
  • 1/4cup water
  • 1/2tsp salt
Dressing:
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Mix the crust ingredients well and then roll out on a pizza stone, with plastic wrap on top, using a rolling pin – roll it quite thin as it shrinks when cooking. Bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, saute the cabbage in the water and salt, till cooked through or the texture of you’re liking.
  4. Mix the dressing ingredients. Once the crust is done, arrange the cabbage on top, and squeeze the dressing ingredients across.
