Meal components: protein + veggie + fruit

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, salt for the crust, nutmeg, orange zest and fennel seeds.
- Press the beef mix into an eight-inch pizza pan. Cover with plastic wrap and press again or use a rolling pin to make the beef as flat and even as possible. Remove the plastic wrap.
- Top with fennel slices and bake in a 400 degree F oven for 18 minutes, chicken crust will begin to brown and fennel with start to brown as well.
- Remove from the oven and top with clementine slices. Return to the oven for 5 more minutes.
- Drizzle with balsamic and sprinkle with sea salt for the topping. Serve hot.
