Ingredients
- 7 oz Miracle Rice (1 pack per 7 oz) rinsed well-AP
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 2 Eggs
- 6 Egg Whites
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 cup green onion chopped
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp fresh ginger minced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 6 tbsp aminos
- 1/4 cup carrot shredded-AP
- 1 cup bean sprouts AP

Instructions
- Bring vegetable broth to a boil and pour over the cooked miracle rice. Set aside.
- Heat fish sauce in a large skillet and add green onion, carrot, both gingers, garlic powder, pepper, and miracle rice. Simmer until most of the liquid is dissolved. Add bean sprouts.
- Add eggs and egg whites and stir to cook and incorporate into the rice.
- Add the aminos and serve while hot.
Recipe Notes
You can substitute ¼ cup bell pepper for shredded carrots.
