- 7 oz lean ground beef
- 2 tsp chai spice mix
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/4 tsp Glucomannan SP Option: do not use

- 1 cup arugula

Instructions
- Blend 1 cup oranges, 2 tsp chai spice and glucomannan until smooth.
- Pour blended OJ mix into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until it begins to thicken(about 3-5 minutes). Turn off the heat and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef and 2 tsp chai spice. Mix thoroughly.
- Press the beef mix into an 8-inch pan and bake in a 400 degree F oven for 15 minutes or until meat begins to brown slightly around the edges.
- Take the crust out of the oven and spread orange sauce over the crust, leaving a 1-inch space around the sides so you can later hold the meatza slice.
- Top with orange slices and arugula and serve.
Recipe Notes
- AP option, add coconut oil and greek yogurt to the sauce.
- The recipe is written for 2 servings.
