  • 2tsp chai spice mix
  • 1cup orange slices
  • 1/4tsp GlucomannanSP Option: do not use
Topping
  • 1cup orange slices
  • 1cup arugula
  • 1cup orange slices
  • 1cup arugula
Instructions
  1. Blend 1 cup oranges, 2 tsp chai spice and glucomannan until smooth.
  2. Pour blended OJ mix into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until it begins to thicken(about 3-5 minutes). Turn off the heat and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef and 2 tsp chai spice. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Press the beef mix into an 8-inch pan and bake in a 400 degree F oven for 15 minutes or until meat begins to brown slightly around the edges.
  5. Take the crust out of the oven and spread orange sauce over the crust, leaving a 1-inch space around the sides so you can later hold the meatza slice.
  6. Top with orange slices and arugula and serve.
Recipe Notes

– AP option, add coconut oil and greek yogurt to the sauce.
