- Sprinkle the chicken with ¼ tsp salt. Butterfly the chicken for faster cooking.
- Combine the diced apple, minced onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, sage, parsley and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and grill the chicken until done. Cube.
- Combine chicken with apple mixture and eat warm or cold.
This dish is really delicious. I’m taking the SP route and wish there was more volume in each serving. I added a full serving of apple but adding more onion would overpower the taste. Really good though!
