Instructions
Sprinkle the chicken with ΒΌ tsp salt. Butterfly the chicken for faster cooking.
Combine the diced apple, minced onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, sage, parsley and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and grill the chicken until done. Cube.
Combine chicken with apple mixture and eat warm or cold.
