Ingredients
  • 7oz chicken breastboneless, skinless
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1cup diced apple(firm crisp apple such as Granny Smith or Gala)
  • 1/2cup purple onionchopped
  • 2tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp pepper
  • 1/4cup fresh chopped sageor 1 tbsp dried sage
  • 1/2tsp dried parsley
  • 1tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
  1. Sprinkle the chicken with ΒΌ tsp salt. Butterfly the chicken for faster cooking.
  2. Combine the diced apple, minced onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, sage, parsley and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
  3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and grill the chicken until done. Cube.
  4. Combine chicken with apple mixture and eat warm or cold.
