Instructions
Sprinkle the chicken with ¼ tsp salt. Butterfly the chicken for faster cooking.
Combine the diced apple, minced onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, sage, parsley and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and grill the chicken until done. Cube.
Combine chicken with apple mixture and eat warm or cold.
