    Instructions
    
                - Place 3/4 of clementine slices in a blender with orange zest, salt, maple extract, stevia and cardamom. Puree until smooth.
 - Pour the mix into a shallow dish and freeze for 4 hours, scraping the surface of the ice every 30 minutes to make it fluffy.
 - Scrape the granita into two bowls and top each bowl with the rest of the clementine slices.
