Ingredients
- 7 oz ground beef
- 1/2 cup strawberries minced
- 1 cup basil
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp coriander
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1/4 scoop powdered stevia
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 cups shredded celery
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions
- Make burgers by mixing all burger ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together with your hands to ensure everything is fully combined.
- Form two large burger patties or four smaller patties.
- Grill burgers on a hot grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Make celery salad by mixing all ingredients in a separate large bowl, tossing together well.
- Serve burgers hot with cold celery salad on the side.
