Ingredients
- 7 ounces ground beef
- 1.5 tsp chili powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped Tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 4 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
Salsa Dressing
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 6 tbsp Sugar Free Salsa

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all the dry seasonings for the ground beef.
- Place ground beef in a large skillet and place over medium heat. Break apart into small crumbles with a spatula as beef cooks.
- Add seasoning mix to skillet and stir to combine, continuing to cook the beef. Cook ground beef for about 8 minutes or until all the juice has evaporated and beef is browned nicely. Stir occasionally to cook evenly. Set aside.
- In a small bowl or jar, combine all the ingredients for the dressing and whisk together.
- Place chopped lettuce, tomato and green onion in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad mix and toss.
- Divide the salad between two bowls and top each with half of the cooked ground beef.
