Ingredients
  • 7ounces ground beef
  • 1.5tsp chili powder
  • 1/8tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8tsp onion powder
  • 1/8tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4tsp paprika
  • 1/2tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp pepper
  • 1/2cup chopped Tomato
  • 1/2cup chopped green onions
  • 4cups chopped iceberg lettuce
Salsa Dressing
  • 1/4cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4tsp sea salt
  • 1/8tsp pepper
  • 6tbsp Sugar Free Salsa
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine all the dry seasonings for the ground beef.
  2. Place ground beef in a large skillet and place over medium heat. Break apart into small crumbles with a spatula as beef cooks.
  3. Add seasoning mix to skillet and stir to combine, continuing to cook the beef. Cook ground beef for about 8 minutes or until all the juice has evaporated and beef is browned nicely. Stir occasionally to cook evenly. Set aside.
  4. In a small bowl or jar, combine all the ingredients for the dressing and whisk together.
  5. Place chopped lettuce, tomato and green onion in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad mix and toss.
  6. Divide the salad between two bowls and top each with half of the cooked ground beef.
