In a small bowl, combine all the dry seasonings for the ground beef.
Place ground beef in a large skillet and place over medium heat. Break apart into small crumbles with a spatula as beef cooks.
Add seasoning mix to skillet and stir to combine, continuing to cook the beef. Cook ground beef for about 8 minutes or until all the juice has evaporated and beef is browned nicely. Stir occasionally to cook evenly. Set aside.
In a small bowl or jar, combine all the ingredients for the dressing and whisk together.
Place chopped lettuce, tomato and green onion in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad mix and toss.
Divide the salad between two bowls and top each with half of the cooked ground beef.
